Floor Plan

Designed with a built-in toilet, it is convenient for everyone. Compared to solid constitutions, prefab houses are built in a factory and it is compacted as a container size. This Tiny House does not come with furniture, fixtures or fittings such as tables, chairs, curtains, carpets, kitchen splashbacks or appliances. Any content shown is not included.

Setup

Using drywall anchors and screws through the holes reserved on the adjustable leg to the ground to strengthen the stability.

Snow Load: The unit is designed for outside usage and can withstand a heavy snow load. It can withstand up to 40 pounds per square foot. However, it is recommended that take off the snow in time and don’t stay inside in extreme weather conditions.
